How to Install an Adobe .joboptions File

Using Acrobat Distiller

The easiest way to add new a job options files is to use Acrobat Distiller. This method works exactly the same way whether you are using a Mac or a Windows PC. Simply follow these steps:

1. Open the Acrobat Distiller application
2. On the "Settings" menu select "Add Adobe PDF Settings..."
3. Navigate to and select the "AD-VantageMarketing.joboptions" file that you downloaded and click "Open"

The new settings should now be available in your Adobe applications.

Using Adobe InDesign

You can add the new job options file using the following method in Adobe InDesign. Simply follow these steps:

1. Open Adobe InDesign
2. On the "Edit" menu select "Adobe PDF Presets..."
3. In the resulting window click "Load..."
4. Navigate to and select the "AD-VantageMarketing.joboptions" file that you downloaded and click "Load"
5. Click "Done"

The new settings should now be available in your Adobe applications.

Using Adobe Illustrator

You can add the new job options file using the following method in Adobe Illustrator. Simply follow these steps:

1. Open Adobe Illustrator
2. On the "Edit" menu select "Adobe PDF Presets..."
3. In the resulting window click "Import..."
4. Navigate to and select the "AD-VantageMarketing.joboptions" file that you downloaded and click "Load"
5. Click "OK"

The new settings should now be available in your Adobe applications.

Using Adobe Photoshop

You can add the new job options file using the following method in Adobe Illustrator. Simply follow these steps:

1. Open Adobe Photoshop
2. On the "Edit" menu select "Adobe PDF Presets..."
3. In the resulting window click "Load..."
4. Navigate to and select the "AD-VantageMarketing.joboptions" file that you downloaded and click "Load"
5. Click "Done"

The new settings should now be available in your Adobe applications.
