We encourage the free use of our permit imprint (also called "indicia") as a service to our customers whenever we are processing the mailing on your behalf. This will save you $250 in USPS application fees. However, when using our permit, we ask that you "cover us" with an estimated amount of postage and we will adjust to the actual amount on your invoice. Postage deposit checks should be made out to "AD-Vantage Marketing."

Below are four permit imprints that may be applied to your mailer in order to use AD-Vantage Marketing's Santa Rosa permit. Please choose the correct permit imprint for the type of postal service you wish to use. Next choose a file type appropriate for your design software. Finally, right-click on the appropriate link and "Save Link As..." or "Save target as..." to save the file to your computer. Print the permit imprint on your mailpiece where a stamp would normally appear. The minimum size of the permit imprint is 1/2" square and not less than 6-point type.

Please note: in order to use these "corporate" permit imprints, you must print a return address on your mailpiece. A "corporate" permit imprint does not include the permit number. If you would like to print your mailer without a return address, please contact us contact us and we will send you the appropriate permit imprint with the permit number. Alternatively, the last two lines of the permit (the text that reads "AD-Vantage Marketing") can be substituted with these two lines (and a return address on your mailer is no longer required):
